I use an Integrative Transpersonal approach, with Soul and relationship lying at its core.
Soul in this context is not a thing, but the qualities of depth, richness and
heart which makes ordinary life meaningful.
Through working with the imaginal, dreams, metaphors and symbols of the unconscious -
the silenced wounded places where soul making can be found - I support the client to retrieve these lost parts,
to re-remember their own unique story.
The holding and exploring of the relationship created between therapist and client is fundamental to this journey.
The integrative approach means I draw on many streams of psychotherapy, including Transpersonal, Psychodynamic, Jungian, Archetypal, Gestalt, Developmental
and Systemic
approaches.
Specific areas that I work with include:
Relationship
Anxiety/stress
Depression
Life Purpose
Life stage Transitions
Women's issues
Bereavement
Work crisis
Self Esteem
Stuckness and Blocks
Identity
